My name is Alessandra, I am 45 years old, and with my husband Antonio, we are the owners of this house.I want to share with my guests the atmosphere of Villa Franca.
Built during early seventeenth century, Villa Franca is part of the old St. Ignatio collection, originally belonging to Princes of Villafranca. As such, it was also a Convent of the Jesuits.
The realization of the complex has been attributed to the architect Gianbattista Vaccarini who participated in the reconstruction of Catania after the 1693 earthquake and who designed the Cathedral Church of Viagrande.
