I grew up here in Grass Valley. But we've lived in Los Angeles and Houston.
Aldo and I have renovated our home and this cottage in 2012. We have enjoyed hosting out of town guests here at our cottage.

The Butler Guest Cottage has a full kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishes and utensils. The bedroom has a queen size bed and DirecTV. The living area has DirecTV and the couch makes into a double size bed.

Guests are welcome to use all or our outdoor space as they like. We are more than happy to share all areas of our yard: front and back.

We are located in a residential neighborhood less than 1 mile from downtown Grass Valley and less than 1 mile from the fairgrounds. Condon Park is located across the street and has walking trails, baseball fields, playgrounds, disc golf course, and other recreational features.
Our cottage usually stays quiet at night and is geared towards guests that appreciate that.
