I am the local real estate agent and take price in renting out my Heritage Listed Queenslander which is right next to my real estate office in the main street of our very pretty Kin Kin Village. The Kin Kin Markets are held on the first Sunday of every month, and we have 2 restaurants within metres of the cottage, and a beautiful Queenslander hotel named Countrylife Hotel. We also have public tennis courts, a lovely Anglican Church and Noosa Trail walks.
