I'm 64 year old anthropologist living in San Lucas, Guatemala. My wife, two sons and I work in Guatemala City and in Antigua. We take pride in our property and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we live in the nearby, we deal with our guests both directly or with Anamaría's help (our property guardian) – from key exchange to all other needs. It is a gorgeous-comfortable house in Santa Ana, Antigua Guatemala, its very secure, watched by a private gardian in a familiar condo of 3 houses, in front of Santa Ana's park and its gorgeous 17th century's church. We take care from cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. This property is fully furnished and has all the amenities to make you feel at home, save money on meals and hotel costs, be autonomous and enjoy the peaceful envirorment of Santa Ana: a 15 minute walk to Central Park (downtown Antigua), a 5 minute walk to Beatas de Belen and Alameda de El Calvario.
