Originally from USA, I sailed to Costa Rica in my 49 ' Sailboat in 1989, Designed and built and operated the Marina Flamingo until 2003. In 2003 Developed Hidden Valley Estates which is where I now live with my family and the vacation Home is located. Peace, quiet, but yet 5 minutes from shopping and medical facilities AND 15 minutes from the beaches of Tamarindo, Playa Grande and Flamingo.
