Dunes Properties of Charleston is a real estate, vacation rental and property management company. We began with a single office and three employees in 1989. Today, we represent the Lowcountry with almost 100 exclusive beach vacation rental properties, 50 real estate agents and employees, multiple new home and condominium developments and many plans for the future. We are still locally owned and operated. Our offices serve Charleston, Daniel Island, Folly Beach, Isle of Palms, Kiawah, Mt. Pleasant, Seabrook Island, Sullivan's Island and Wild Dunes. We know and love Charleston and the Lowcountry. That is why this business began and that is the reason we are still successful today.
