The house has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout it is very well equipped with everything to make your stay home from home. The lounge is comfortably furnished with leather sofa, plasma TV with Sky DVD, radio, books and games. . There are three bedrooms, two double with river views and one twin, a large bathroom with separate shower cubicle, the second toilet is downstairs. The large well equipped kitchen/diner has a cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave fridge freezer and a washer/dryer. Gas central heating, electricity and all bedding, towels etc are supplied in the price. The cottage sleeps six plus cot, a high chair and stair gates are also supplied. The car parking area has space for 2-3 cars in front of the house. There are 4 steep steps up to front entrance or a ramp which leads to access at rear, all fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Cot, highchair and stair gates available. The house benefits from having a no smoking and no pet policy.

Could not fault this accommodation, it was clean and tidy it had excellent facilities a real home from home. You could not ask for a better location by the river which offered a great walk, the town of Rothbury is a lovely town with some very good pubs and restaurants, it's location is central to most places and in easy reach of most tourist places.
