My wife Pat and I are now empty-nesters and are able to handle all the rentals, key access to our condo and have direct (email or phone) contact with all our renters. You will find our condo to have awesome views and to be reasonably priced throughout the year. We purchased our condo new in 2000 and have been renting and home exchanging with visitors since then. We have a local management company through our homeowners association to handle any maintenance issues should they arise. As we are avid travelers ourselves, we always maintain a very clean, well stocked home away from home for your stay.
