The house is a duplex; I rent out the upstairs unit and live downstairs. I am a writer/artist who lives here year round with three dogs and two cats. I enjoy the sounds of happy people enjoying my home and, as a 20+ year resident, am happy to clue you in on all the best things to do and places to eat on South Padre Island.
