We rent out our Green Palm Villa when we do not stay in the house ourselves.
We travel often between Sweden and Cebu, and we have a permanent residence on south Cebu island. The house in Bayswater is a combined vacation house and our own retreat on Mactan.
We are an ordinary couple who soon will be senior citizens and hopefully can enjoy more of the heat under the Philippine sun.
