I graduated from NC State in 1972 with a degree in Industrial Engineering. I am a general contractor and the President of my construction corporation.I have lived around the Raleigh area all my life. My wife and I have traveled extensively including the Carribean, Hawaii, Europe, Mexico, Florida, etc., and we have never seen a more spectacular beach with all the activities that Myrtle Beach has to offer. We expect the rentors in our condo to treat it as if they owned the property.
Public transporation is available in front of our building on Ocean Blvd. A well-kept secret in Myrtle Beach is the Market Common area . There are shopping areas, restaurants, and cinemas located here. Market Common is 15 min. south of our condo . Also the Coastal Grande Mall and Tanger Outlet Mall offer great shopping and dining options. Plan to visit Ocean Annie's for a day to enjoy the sun, live bands and especially the drinks. There are several golf courses within a 5-minute drive.
