I'm 59 years old living and working in Houston, Texas. My family and I live and work in the general area of the house that we rent out every summer. I take pride in our property and try to be as responsive as possible to any of our renters needs. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from door code changes, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. All of our properties are fully furnished and have all the amenities of home!
