Thank you for your interest! We're delighted you are considering our condos and look forward to welcoming you!

Our places are set in a lush resort-like enclave, only minutes from plenty of action - 3 mega malls, shopping, supermarkets, bars, entertainment, cinemas and plenty of reasonably priced dining choices, 18-hole golf course & driving range, tennis, badminton etc. - all with lap, family and kids' pools, water slide, children's playground and fore-garden facing your bedroom windows and balcony!
Security is 24/7 and public transportation is available outside our main guard house. Taxis may also be called right to your condo building.
We also provide personalized airport transfers for only US$25 and will welcome you right at NAIA - Ninoy Aquino Int'l Airport for maximum convenience and security.
Please do send us your flight info when making your booking. The drive from the airport is only 15 to 20 minutes via Manila's new SkyWay.
We also offer private sightseeing tours or drop-offs / pick-ups at your office or meetings.
