Hi, I'm 39 years old full time mother and I and my family is living in Edmonton, only 3 min. from the apartment. It means I'm always ready to come really quick.
We bought this 1 bedroom apt in convenient location for our son and until he'll be able to live without mom and daddy, we decided to rent it to nice guests, like you are and collect the money for his studies at the University.
