We are a couple Nam and Tom who owns this home. It is our second home and only rent when we are not using it. We only rent out the bottom floor that has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining space and a living room. You get 100 % privacy when you rent it. But dishonesty of no of people staying is absolutely not acceptable. If plans change and you get more guests, I should be notified immediately.
