Kevin and Danielle purchased Coconuts in 2010, and began an extensive expansion, remodeling, and upgrade, which was finished in early 2012. Coconuts has since become one of the most popular rental villas on St. John. They also own the adjacent villa on Gifft Hill, Plumeria, which allows larger groups of up to sixteen guests to be accommodated. At both Coconuts and Plumeria, the McCarthy''s are singularly focused on making the guest experience the best it can possibly be.
