I'm an American who has lived in England for almost 20 years. In 2005, my English husband and I bought, restored and rennovated an old plantation home (circa 1700's) on the charming island of Nevis. We never really knew what we had until the restoration process began. During that time, Tim & I realised that--like owners before us-- we are caretakers, ensuring Butler's House will be around for many generations to come.
