The owners are an active couple, married 30 years. They have always loved the Texas Hill Country, its scenic views, hills, lakes, streams, rocks and wildlife. They purchased the first section of the subject property in 1985, cleared and developed it, with beautiful pastures, landscaping and structures. They raised a family on it, and now, they would love to share it! They reside on site in the main house, 250 feet away from the private cottage.
