I'm 50 years old living in West Palm Beach, Florida. My parents are retired and live in Greece, when not visiting me in the States. The ocean home is their primary residence, and they take pride in taking care of it. We rent out thru the year. Since they are local, they deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. Our Apartment is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home!
