My wife and I are both retired and check our condo after rental as soon as housekeeping is finished. We add our own touches to the cleaning process as well as put out a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. We even put a bottle of non alcoholic sparkling wine in the fridge for the little ones.
If you should happen to have a problem that the fine staff at the rental office can't take care of, please contact me immediately. All my contact information is listed in the condo, including my cell phone number. I will do all I can to reconcile the problem, even if it requires a trip up. We want you to stay with us every time you visit our beautiful resort. Making your visit carefree is our goal.
