These homes were designed by the owners who fell in love with the land and built the homes to represent Hawaii with minimal disturbance to the 2 acres it sits on. The owners careers are in the art, design and event businesses and these attributes are made evident in the homes offered.

The colors, themes, and landscaping to the homes compliment the nature which abounds us. Black and red for lava. Green and browns for nature and deep blues represent our oceans. Genuine stone and woods are used to finish and furnish these homes.
The entertainment areas are just that. The owners specifically designed each area to entertain your senses. TV's are large and lay flat against the walls. Spaces are open to enhance family communication and scenic viewing pleasure.

Adventure is what brought these owners to the Big Island and perfection is what made them settle in the town above Kona, Holualoa. The Big Island has the best of everything.
