About the owner: I am a San Diego Realtor, I have managed my own properties for over 30 years. My husband Jim and I built and designed this home as our dream home 22 years ago. We raised our daughter in Del Mar and now she is a teacher at a charter school, she has her masters degree in administration. We love Del Mar and the San Diego area for its great schools, climate, beachs, entertainment, restaurants, quality of life and all that the area has to offer.
