This is our summer family home that we care about very much and would like to have either seniors or responsible families to enjoy one of the nicest areas of Florida . The only time this was rented was when Ringling Bros. Clown College booked it year round for their top clown Frosty Little, and his wife. They fell love with the home until the circus moved out of Venice. Since then we could spend more time in Venice, and just did a major renovation in fall of 2013. We have owned this home since 1985 and are not investment renters, and the home reflects it.
