I am a physician in the US and my wife is a CPA. We bought the lot that the house sits on several years ago from a friend. Given its unique views we simply could not pass it us. We worked with a noted Costa Rican architect for over a year on plans. Incredibly, it took another 5 years to build the house. No delays, just 100% old world hand craftsmanship. We are fortunate, the house has a wonderful staff and management company and you will try to take them all home with you. Our guests all agree, it's a vacation of a lifetime!
