Marilyn and I love Hacienda Riquelme and the Murcia area. It is a lovely corner of Spain and is practically unspoilt and still very Spanish. We love the Mar Menor and it is a delight all year round. We are both much busier in our retirement than we should be - but very enjoyably so. I spent my working life as a car designer, followed by a short career as a technology teacher. Marilyn was a teacher for forty years and is now very busy directing musicals and plays. I play golf, enjoy my motorbike, love skiing and windsurfing. We both like walking, swimming and visiting interesting places. We have an info book in the apartment with all our favourite restaurants, bars, beaches, things to do, places to go and how to get there - to help our guests get the most from their holiday. We really enjoy researching new places - especially the bars and restaurants! We hope our guests enjoy their holiday in Hacienda Riquelme as much as we do.
