I'm 63 years old recently retired. My wife, son and I live in Rockville, MD and are owners of a Ocean City Beach condo that we rent out throughout the year. We take pride in our condo and are responsive to any of our tenants needs. We deal with our tenants directly – from mailing lease agreement , key exchanges, to repairs, and anything in between. Our condo is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home! The one thing are guests need to be aware of is they are responsible for cleaning the unit before the end of their stay. I do this to keep rents as low as possible and find that my guests are willing to help maintain the unit in return for saving the cleaning fee.
