We bought the nearly six (6) acres of land in wine country in 1989 and developed it over the years. ZinEstate was developed as a wonderful loving and safe environment to raise our daughters. ZinEstate has many of the features that represent what I love: it is surrounded by nature and beauty in every way- architecture, art, landscaping, wildlife, sunshine, wine, fine foods. All helping to formulate a healthy and romantic lifestyle. ZinEstate now houses our library of books, wine cellar, fabulous cooking kitchen, beautiful grounds. The ZinEstate property is owned by Callaway Winery. Callaway Winery is located a few miles away for amazing wine tasting.
