We hope you enjoy your time at our property and ask that you be respectful of your hosts and neighboring occupants.
Please, no smoking inside the property, no pets whatsoever.
Please respect silence hours, which is past 10pm and before 8am.
NO cleaning charges applied for BBQ use.
(Propane tank may have to be refilled at guest's expense)
Please, take out all your trash and place it is the bin outside.
If the trash does not fit in the bin, please take it to the dumpster located within the condominium.
We kindly provide you with trash bags as a courtesy, if trash is not taken out, $25 minimum fee.
We really appreciate your understanding with the house rules and hope that you enjoy your time at our property.
