My wife and I live between New York and our house in Italy. Villa Lavanda is a primary residence and as such is furnished and maintained to our - somewhat exacting - standards. We deal directly with renters, although our housekeeper (Scottish/Italian) who has worked for us for over 15 years will be your primary contact while at the house.
