Hi, My wife and I purchased this home and spent many hours working on it to make it a nice comfortable place to vacation. Every year we add something new, from the $10,000 bathroom to new appliances. We have five children and love coming to the lake house with beautiful scenery and being on the water with our boat. We want you to enjoy our house and have lasting family memories. Tim and Chris
Conesus Lake is close to Rochester and Geneseo and has great restaurants and fishing. The water is warm, the people are nice and it is a fun lake to come to. Minnehans Fun Center is great for the kids with go karts and mini golf and batting cages.
We chose Conesus Lake because of the quaintness of the lake and area. The little convenience store, Shoreless Acres is adorable. The lake is beautiful. The afternoon breezes are refreshing. The kids love to fish off the dock. Someday we will retire on the lake.
