Hi, my name is Edward L. S.. I was born and raised in St. Louis and I know the city well. I'm an accomplished business man with in interest in commercial property and outdoor advertising businesses. I'm presentlyly expanding my enterprise into Califonia.
I bought this home almost 20 years ago and lived in it most of the time. When I bought it I recognized the uniqueness of the home and its location. This is one of the reasons I've elected to make it into a world class vacation rental. In any event, I have truly enjoyed living in this home, however I've recently moved to Southern California and I decided to move forward with the vacation rental usage of the property. The remodel and refurnishing was done with you (the occupant) in mind.
