We are proud to offer this beautiful condo located in a relatively new and very quiet area, close to the ocean with large greenspaces located adjacent to the Wiggins Pass preserves, and very close to the Delnor Wiggins State Park. This ideal location close to so many quality restaurants with easy access to major thoroughfares is our dream location for our retirement years.

The condo istself is small (212 units) with a large amount of full time residents who make sure that the condo common areas are well maintained and that the area remains safe and personnable.

My wife and I enjoy our morning coffee and breakfast on the lanaie overlooking the lake, while we listen to and watch the small animals including turtles, fish, ducks, and other waterfoul. The condo is so spacious that we feel so lucky to have found such a jewel.
