Ascot House Reservation Team

Ascot House was purchased by the owners Dominic and Rupert Ferard in 2007. Charmed by Istanbul and particularly this particular part of the old city they discovered this beautiful building and have sort to recreate its old majesty.
At present we know little about its history and are awaiting information from the antiquity boards on the actual history of the building – but we believe it was constructed in the early to mid 19th century- at which time that the general area of Gedik Pasa was undergoing a renaissance.
The building has been converted into 5 apartments- most which have fantastic views of the Marmara sea and the Sultanhamet area towards the Blue Mosque.
Dominic and Rupert are not new to property development in general and have managed a large portfolio of property within the UK for the last 20yrs, and more recently were the driving force behind the development of a 5 star resort in Bulgaria “Garden of Eden Resort Bulgaria”
