Hi there, my name is Mike and I live in Vancouver and have for the past 11 years. I'm a Realtor (you can search The Mike and Will Team Vancouver). We purchased this condo ( a one bedroom-2 bath) presale in order to basically force us to take a vacation as we work far too much. The place is great, with FULL ON WATER VIEWS! EXCELLENT location, new building, concrete, amazing rooftop pool and only a block or so away from the beach, and unobstructed water views. We love it!! We plan to spend more and more time there, Puerto Vallarta is such a friendly place to all people and the weather is so consistently sunny that no one talks about the weather because what is the point? It is always the same!
