Kefalonia was our destination, it took us about our way of Lefkada. It was "love at first sight". The originality of the island, the enchanting flora, green in all seasons, the kindness of the islanders, the contrast between sea and mountains, the turquoise water and access to the mainland by a swing bridge convinced us. This should eventually be our second home our later stage of life. We found a suitable property in 1998 and after a thorough examination and getting to know the island, we started our construction project 2008/2009, so 10 years later. It should be a stone house, which should survive the time and brought along from Germany a little lemon tree, its name, as it has survived all phases of construction with great will to live.

We take pride in our properties and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. All of our properties are fully furnished and have all the amenities of home!

Close to town , yet quiet area, shops and tavernas close at hand ; unique view of the sea, the lagoon ( nature reserve with pelicans and flamingos ) , the town of Lefkada with its modern port , the Santa Maura castle and the opposite mainland , Near Airport ( Preveza only 19 Km) ; Homeowners are always with tips on hiking and assistance on all occasions on the spot!

An oil fired central heating and toilets to German standard ( you can throw used paper directly into the toilet , which is 98% of the apartments is not possible ) ensure a carefree holiday in any season . A beautiful Mediterranean garden on several levels and exclusively furnished apartments invite you to relax . Breakfast and other services are available upon request. Walks directly from the house feasible. All beaches with turquoise water , and a special charm can be reached very quickly . From breakfast with coffee or tea (7.90 € per person) , a Lunch ( 14.90 € per person) to dinner ( candlelight dinner 19.90 per person ) always including water and wine (0.75 liter water and 1 /2 liter of wine ) you can book everything here . Even a birthday dinner or a picnic in the mountains or on the beach at sunset, the private chef makes everything possible here . Let yourself be pampered with local specialties such as: Freshly caught sea bream with special patatoes from the oven.
