The small house is independent. It has a private garden and is set amid old olive trees. It is located on
the hills of Versilia, between Lucca and Viareggio, has a spectacular view to the sea.
It's a great location being just 5 minutes from the beaches of Viareggio, 10 minutes from Forte dei
Marmi, 15 minutes from Pietrasanta, a city of art. It is 20 minutes from Lucca and 30 minutes from Pisa
airport and 60 minutes from Florence.
The house has a living room with sofa bed, kitchen-dining room, a master bedroom with bathroom,
pergola for outdoor dining (sea-side) and a porch.
Nice furnishings. Small above ground pool.
The villa sleeps 2 + 2.
