Surrounded by beautiful countryside, the central location will provide you with a base to explore the regions of Brittany including Cotes d'Armor, Finistere, Morbihan, Ille-et-Vilaine and beyond.

Upon entering the property you will be welcomed into a spacious open plan living room, this area combines the living room, dining and kitchen.

In the cosy living room you can settle down in front of the wood burning fire with a good book, or while away the hours with a selection of board games.

The kitchen/diner will comfortably seat 6 and is fully equipped with all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. There is a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer.

Outside the property you will find plenty of parking, and secure lockup for motorbikes and cycles.

The Moulin is situated on its own stretch of river; a trout fishing licence can be obtained from Callac in season. The riverbank and meadows provide a tranquil setting for you to picnic on.

Local area

Plusquellec is on the boarder of Cotes d'Armor and Finistere and la Porte Jaune is between the towns of Callac and Carhaix, the towns have a number of supermarkets and shops and they both host a weekly market.

There are a number of restaurants nearby. The closest restaurants and bars are less that 5k away in the villages of Plusquellec and Carnoet, Carnoet also boasts an award winning micro-brewery.

There is something for everyone in Brittany; from the annual Vieilles Charrues music festival to prehistoric megaliths.

Huelgoat provides an enchanted forest and Benodet beautiful golden sands, the nearest coast is 30km.

Each town you visit offers a new patisserie and the larger towns such as St Brieuc, St Malo, Roscoff, Tregieur, Quimper, Guingamp, Ile de Bréhat and Lannion are all worth a visit, there are too many to mention, but where ever you go you will find hidden gems.
