We are a retired couple who stay 6 months in Sweden and 6 months in Davao. To help our economy we decided to rent out our house when we stay in Sweden.
Usually we leave for Sweden end of March month and return end of October.

We have a "houseboy" living in the property, who maintain the house and keep the surroundings clean. he might help you with any information and other small needs. He also close and open the gate at night and morning.

We have three small dogs watching the property. They are very friendly and are used to visitors coming and going daily. Ronny will guard the dogs and he is the one taking them out when they need a walk.
