The owners John and Kathy, purchased the lot in Kapoho in 2003 and after 10 years of struggle the house is just now in the finishing stages. John Kathy were vendors and traveled all over the United States selling Native American Jewelry at Indian Pow Wows and motorcycle rallies. Every time they traveled to Hawaii to do a show they would spend a week in a Kapoho. When they drove down the palm lined entrance to Kapoho Vacationland it felt like they were coming home. In 2003 they drove by the front of the tide pools and a realtor was pounding a for sale sign on this lot and they put it in escrow that day. It then took them 9 years before they could start building theirdream house.

This modern house is a gem: everything is new, thoughtful and beautifully detailed. Fabulous snorkeling right outside the front door with a sizable hotub to hop in after. The woodwork in the house is artful. You won't want to leave on the many adventures which beckon!
