My wife and I live in Mill Valley, California, and have owned our lovely Tahoe Keys vacation condo since 1987. It has been a spectacular year round vacation retreat for our family and rental guests. Since we use it ourselves frequently, we do not treat it simply as a rental property. We take great pride in our condo; most recently completely re-modeling the kitchen. We make it a point to make our renter's stay as enjoyable as possible, and will gladly give restaurant recommendations and tips on nearby recreation and attractions. We will always promptly respond to our renter's needs.
