Owned by an American/Ecuadorean family who reside in both the USA and Ecuador. Rickey is an ex-Peace Corps Volunteer who first travelled to Ecuador in 1976 and met his wife in Guayaquil in 1977. They were married in Guayaquil in 1979 and have 5 wonderful children. They split their time between Alabama and Ecuador and get down there every chance possible.

Condo is right on the beach and not up the coast. Many condo owners advertise their condos as being in Salinas because they think that the whole Santa Elena area is "Salinas." La Libertad and Ballenita is not Salinas! Enough of that....we are right ON THE MALECON or Boardwalk in Salinas just 2-3 blocks from the most expensive and exclusive Hotel Miramar Barcelo and an easy walk down from my favorite ice cream shop, "Pinguino."
Fully furnished just like a condo in the United States. Recently renovated with new AC units in each bedroom.
Bring your own beach towels. All the amenities plus help from the staff at the condo.
