We are a family of 5 who currently live in California. We bought the Magnolia House in 2003 after staying in it when it was a B&B. We fell in love with the house, the city of Wilmington, and the Carolina Heights neighborhood. While living in the house, our 3 children were born in Wilmington, and we enjoyed the space we had as a growing family. When we found out that we had to move, we decided to keep the home and share it with other families as a vacation rental. We have operated the home as a vacation rental for 8 years, and have loved hearing how others fall in love with it as we initially did. The Magnolia House is a special gathering place.
