My wife, Merry, and I purchased this condo in June of 2013 and immediately began redecorating to create a light and bright water and beach theme. We will reserve it for ourselves occasionally, but mostly we hope guests will find it the perfect, easy, to relax and enjoy the beach, swimming, and walking.

Merry taught German at the College of William and Mary before retiring in 2010. She also taught and directed colonial dance at the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation.
