The owner of Holiday Home Te Koru is Dr. Uli Kozok, professor at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Between 1994 and 2001 I taught at the University of Auckland. When we moved to Honolulu we decided to keep the house in Auckland as a vacation rental, and also as a place for us to stay whenever we visit New Zealand.
