My wife and I rent out our property through Balsley Losco Realty in Margate, NJ every summer. We take pride in our property and are responsive to all of our renters needs. In addition to Balsley Losco, we have both family in the area as well as local vendors who work with us to keep the home clean and maintained. However, we prefer to deal directly with our guests if possible – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. Our property is fully furnished and has all of the amenities of home!
