Tim grew up in the area, and Muffi has lived here for over 30 years. We both went to Warren Wilson College in Swannanoa, and love the outdoors and all that this area has to offer. We have 1 son (16) who goes to a highschool just 2 mi. away from Parkway Loop.

This building was originally constructed as a wood-working shop, and when introduced to us, we fell in love with it and the location, and immediately saw the potential for a wonderful living space. We're both builders, so we took on the renovation ourselves, and added a bathroom addition, porch, and upstairs bedroom with a dormer and half-bath. We built custom kitchen cabinets, and had a great time furnishing, and creating a cozy living space.

We love the tall windows, light space, and wonderful 'small home' feel of this place. It's in a quiet wooded neighborhood, extremely convenient to Asheville and it's amenities, and just minutes from the Parkway and surrounding area attractions.
