Our family owns two luxury units at Villa La Estancia, directly on Medano Beach in Cabo San Lucas.

Both of our units are upgraded 2200 square foot two bedroom, three bath units, featuring temperpedic mattress pads (a REQUIREMENT in Mexico), bbq, games, dvds and a great view. We even supply an internet phone, complete with California phone number (unlimited free calling to/from the USA and Canada). Located on the seventh (of eight) floors, so great views and privacy. Our rates include all taxes, fees and maid service (4x/week, including clean-out).
