We chose to purchase this unit in 2011 becasue of it's location and it dircet access to the ocean. With the unit being just north of Seven Mile Beach, meaning its only a few minutes to get to the shops and restaurants. From the patio you can see all the way down seven mile beach into Georgetown. We are also a few minutes away from Cemetery Beach which has become our favorite beach on the island for laying in the sand and snorkeling.
