Since March 2006, three families have owned two condos at the Caravelle Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC and bought these for our families, friends, and guests to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere at the beach. Even though none of the families live in Myrtle Beach (New Jersey, Michigan, and Texas), we manage these properties ourselves with the great support of our local Myrtle Beach cleaning and maintenance staff. Because we personally manage and maintain our condos as our second homes, we take great pride in their upkeep and our guests' satisfaction that cannot be matched by a large management company or agency.
