It was 10 years ago we bought ‘Maison La Marteille’ it was a pile of old stones and 3 walls. If it wasn’t for our friends encouraging us to invest we wouldn’t be where we are today. We both had our own companies when living in The Hague, the Netherlands. Peter had is own company in UPVC windows which he imported from the UK. Simone had her own graphic design company and published a newspaper for expats. January 2013 we decided to put up the house we owned here, thinking it would take a year or so. The house got sold within 3 weeks so we moved to France not looking back, in 2012 we bought the river house ‘Maison Vieux Pont” and in 2013 we bought “Maison Pont Vert’. We now renovate, decorate and rent out our houses for holidays.

We try to make the cottages homely and reuse as much as possible from the house itself, we like the houses to keep the look & feel and character as we found them.

We both know how important a holiday is for you and your family, that is why we give it 100% to make your holiday one to remember. Making memories, that is what holidays are all about.

The Corrèze truly is one of the most beautiful untouched regions in France, with breathtaking scenery all year round; ideal for walkers and cyclists, families and couples, group holidays and holidays with the family pet.
